busy and such

Thought I could keep the marketing budget at € 74 per year (Typepad), but I guess Stelios at Easyjet must be happy with me by now, off again to London, then to Basel on Monday, then to Torino (by car though), then to Copenhagen (Reboot of course included)...

But hey, that's not marketing - that's good fun meeting and learning from system integrators, IT consultants, end-users and fellow bloggers - nah, that's for the having-fun-account :)

Started testing a new branch - 2.1 now - with some much needed under-the-hood stuff:

Historybrowsing

Check out the "Historical browsing" on the left... with that you could flip instantly back and forth at any date, hour, minute, second for the actual state of the balance in view at that precise moment.

Or a report. Or a patient journal. Or anything.

Even the whole system! Set August 2003, 15:32:10, click apply and see what your business model looked like at that moment. Kind of cool if you ask me...

Not to forget the "Navigation tags" on the left - choose one or more and combine with history and you can flip back and forth in all kind of ways, no limits, instant. Balance of green parts on January 12th, 15:45 or what employees spoke Italian and liked to travel in August 1999, actually afternoon on the 24th. Useful I'm sure ;)

Every time something happens to any object in any flow - change a word, add a part, paint a leg - it's all recorded, who, what, when for easy browsing or reporting later. Absolutely everything.

Off I go to airport...

The thing is, I dont see marketing as "selling" per se... To me, the best marketing is always been about self-expression. When you express yourself or your business correctly, sales just become a natural part of the flow. The gap... [Read More]
